New England native Dave Stewart made his radio debut on a local high school station in Rockland, Massachusetts. Over the years, his love of radio, included part-time gigs in Boston and New Haven. In 1989, Dave began a 22-year run on WPLJ, New York City, followed by 11-years on WCBS-FM. New York transplants to Central California might recognize Dave’s voice from his time in the Big Apple! Dave brings great experience to K-Jewel. He’s lunched with Elton John, worked with Barry Manilow, helped Jimmy Buffett escape rabid fans, and shadowed Peter Jennings at ABC World News Tonight. He loves the ocean when its warm and ski boots when it’s cold. Dave is into photography, theater, arts, travel and, of course, the music on K-Jewel.
