One of the biggest weddings of the millennium is on the horizon, with Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce set to tie the knot at some point — if only the rest of the world knew when that will be. One person who’s not giving up that information is Kylie Kelce, the Kansas City Chiefs tight end’s sister-in-law, who was questioned about the date of the big day in a recent interview.
While speaking to Today on Friday (Jan. 30), the Not Gonna Lie podcaster — who is married to retired Philadelphia Eagles center Jason Kelce — kept her cool when asked directly whether the pop superstar and Travis are planning to have their wedding at some point in 2026. “Oh, I don’t know,” said earnestly.
But when host Savannah Guthrie pressed, “You really don’t know?,” Kylie couldn’t help but smile coyly. “I have no idea,” the former field hockey player continued, agreeing she’d “never” want to get herself in trouble with the engaged couple.
“We’re so excited to celebrate, though,” Kylie added. “We can’t wait.”
Swift and Travis got engaged in August, shocking the world with a post on Instagram featuring proposal photos and the caption, “Your English teacher and your gym teacher are getting married.” Ever since, fans have been dying for more information about what the pair has in store for the occasion, but neither the 14-time Grammy winner nor football player have divulged much on that front.
Swift has, however, hinted that her guest list will be quite large, and that one of her famous friends will almost definitely perform at the reception. “It would be hard to keep [Ed Sheeran] from it, I think,” the singer said in October on the U.K.’s Hits Radio Breakfast Show. “He’s like, ‘I’m always being asked to sing at weddings.’ It’s like, ‘Ed, if there’s a stage, you know that you’ll be on it.’”
