BMI has named Todd Horvath as president/COO, effective Monday (Jan. 26). In his new role, Horvath will report to CEO Mike O’Neill as he leads BMI’s work to modernize its platforms, identify new sources of revenue and elevate the affiliate experience. Horvath will split his time between BMI’s offices in Nashville and New York.

Horvath’s new role on the BMI leadership team will enable O’Neill to focus on the strategic vision for the company. O’Neill recently extended his contract through 2029.

Horvath joins BMI from Equifax, where he served as president of U.S. information systems. He was previously president of banking solutions for Fiserv, where he led multiple billion-dollar divisions and drove technology initiatives, including additional digital banking offerings. Prior to that, Horvath spent 15 years at ADP, overseeing the company’s international business as president of multinational clients.
