October London snags his third career No. 1 on Billboard’s Adult R&B Airplay chart with “Touch on Me,” which tops the list dated Feb. 14. The single advances one spot and was the most played song on panel-contributing adult R&B radio stations in the tracking week of Jan. 30-Feb. 5, according to Luminate.

“Touch on Me,” released and promoted through Death Row/gamma., traces its coronation to a 14% gain in plays during the tracking week compared with the week prior. As it enters the summit, the new leader succeeds Brent Faiyaz’s “Have To.,” which slips 1-3 after its one week in charge (down 16% in plays).

With the reigning champ, singer-songwriter October London — born Jared Erskine — tops Adult R&B Airplay for the third time in his career. He previously led with his debut entry, “Back to Your Place,” for 10 weeks in August-December 2023 and returned for two weeks in August 2024 via his second appearance, “Mulholland Drive,” featuring Snoop Dogg and Latoiya Williams. “Touch on Me” is the performer’s sixth overall visit to the radio ranking.

Elsewhere, “Touch on Me” drives 13-11 on the R&B/Hip-Hop Airplay chart, which ranks songs by combined audience totals from adult R&B and mainstream R&B/hip-hop stations. There, the song reached 7 million in audience impressions for the week, up 23% from its 5.7 million total in the previous frame. The single’s No. 1 standing on Adult R&B Airplay provides most of its support, but it also improved 67% in plays at mainstream R&B/hip-hop format, though it remains beneath the corresponding 50-position Mainstream R&B/Hip-Hop Airplay chart.

Radio support helps “Touch on Me” capture a new peak on the multimetric Hot R&B Songs chart, which combines radio airplay with streaming and sales data for its calculations. “Touch on Me” climbs 18-17 in its sixth week on the list. The one-spot rise breaks it from a tie with “Mulholland Drive” for October London’s second-highest-charting song, after “Back to Your Place,” which cruised to a No. 8 best in September 2023.
