The new season of Yo Gabba GabbaLand! is almost here! The series on Apple TV – a continuation of the original Yo Gabba Gabba! that ran from 2007 to 2015 on Nickelodeon and then Nick Jr. – features a mix of animation and live-action, with a lot of special guests.
In the 10 new episodes – which begin airing Jan. 30 – stars like Billy Eichner, Tiffany Haddish, David Arquette, Ted Lasso star Brendan Hunt and Jane the Virgin’s Jaime Camil make appearances. But it doesn’t stop there.
Santigold, Ziggy Marley, Sharon Von Etten, Sleigh Bells, Yola, Still Woozy, Silversun Pickups, Chicano Batman, The Aquabats! and Hemlocke Springs are among the artists who will make appearances in season 2. Furthermore, Freedom Fry, Turnpike Troubadours, Ginger Root, Chvrches, King Tuff, Mates of State, Hatchie, Sylvan Esso and Chai all contributed music to the show.
Yo Gabba GabbaLand! follows star Kamryn Smith, who plays Kammy Kam, with Amos Watene, Emma Penrose, Adam Deibert, Erin Pearce and Christian Jacobs (one of the original creators of the show) as Brobee, Foofa, Muno, Toodee and Plex, respectively – who teach family-friendly lessons through story and songs.
The trailer shows Kammy Kam narrating the adventures (“Our friends are going to go to some really amazing places in Gabba Land”), as well as a peek at Haddish dressed as a bird and Eichner’s story time.
The revamped series began its initial run on Apple TV in 2024 and makes its return to the streaming service at the end of January. Watch the trailer below, and for more kid-friendly movie and TV release dates, check out Billboard Family’s 2026 entertainment calendar here.
