As opposed to the usual 14 or 15 yearly nominees, the Rock Hall announced Wednesday (Feb. 25) that a whopping 17 names are in the running for induction in to its coveted ranks this year. The list includes first-timers Pink, Lauryn Hill, Jeff Buckley, the Wu-Tang Clan, Shakira, Melissa Etheridge, New Edition, Luther Vandross, Phil Collins — who is already a Hall of Famer as part of his band Genesis, but is now being recognized as a soloist — and INXS. But as in previous years, there are also a number of artists who are being considered for a second time, such as the Black Crowes, Billy Idol and Sade, or a third time, including for Mariah Carey, Iron Maiden, Joy Division/New Order and Oasis.

But which of those acts will go from Rock Hall nominee to inductee this year? Fans will have to wait until April to find out, and it won’t be until the fall when those people are formally welcomed in to the organization at the annual induction ceremony. For now, the 1,200-plus musicians, historians and industry leaders on the voting panel will privately deliberate on the Class of 2026, while the rest of the world weighs in from the outside — and this is the place to make your voice heard.

Tell us who you think should definitely be included in the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame’s Class of 2026 below.
