Bruno Mars is the final performer announced for the 2026 Grammy Awards, to be held on Feb. 1 at Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles. Mars’ long-awaited fourth studio album, The Romantic, is due on Feb. 27.

Mars and ROSÉ (who was announced as a performer Thursday) are nominated for three Grammys at this year’s event for their smash collab, “APT.”: record of the year, song of the year and best pop duo/group performance.
A win in any of these categories would allow Mars to set or match an all-time Grammy record. If “APT.” wins record of the year, Mars will become the first four-time winner in the history of the category. He is currently tied with Paul Simon with three wins each. Mars’ previous wins in the category are as a featured artist on Mark Ronson’s “Uptown Funk,” for his solo smash “24K Magic” and for “Leave the Door Open,” his collab with Anderson .Paak as Silk Sonic.
If “APT.” wins song of the year, Mars and his frequent collaborator Christopher Brody Brown will become the first three-time winners in the history of the category. They are currently tied for the lead with fellow two-time winners Henry Mancini and Johnny Mercer, James Horner, Will Jennings, U2, Adele, D’Mile, and Billie Eilish and Finneas O’Connell. Mars’ and Brown’s previous wins in the category are for “That’s What I Like” and “Leave the Door Open.”
If the song wins best pop duo/group performance, Mars will tie Lady Gaga for the most wins in the history of the category. He previously won for “Uptown Funk” and “Die With a Smile,” a collab with Gaga which won last year. Mars would also become the first artist to win in this category in back-to-back years.
A 16-time Grammy-winner, Mars has been a frequent performer on the Grammy stage. He made his performance debut on Music’s Biggest Night in 2011, when he teamed with B.o.B on its Billboard Hot 100-topping smash “Nothin’ on You” and then performed his own Hot 100-topping smash “Grenade.” On last year’s telecast, he teamed with Gaga on The Mamas & The Papas’ “California Dreamin’” as a tribute to those affected by Los Angeles area wildfires. They had been booked to perform their smash “Die With a Smile,” but they pivoted to this song instead to address the moment.

Comedian Trevor Noah will host the 68th annual Grammy Awards for the sixth and final time. He will also executive produce the telecast with returning executive producers Ben Winston, Raj Kapoor and Jesse Collins.
