Meghan Trainor knows a lot of people’s lips are movin’ about the rumored drama between herself, Ashley Tisdale and Hilary Duff.

On Thursday (Jan. 8), the singer broke her silence on the subject by sharing a TikTok. In the video, she frantically types on a computer keyboard with a confused look on her face.

“me finding out about the apparent mom group drama,” she captioned the clip, which she appropriately set to her song “Still Don’t Care.”

Trainor also added the hashtag, “#stilldontcare.”

The post comes as the Grammy winner’s name has been pulled into the discourse surrounding Tisdale’s essay — published under her married name, Ashley French — about leaving a “toxic” group of mom friends after feeling excluded by them. “Even though it had been decades since tenth grade, the experience of being left out felt so similar,” she wrote. “I knew that I had to speak up for myself, just like I would want my daughters to do.”

Online sleuths then dug up photos of the High School Musical star hanging out with Duff, Trainor, Mandy Moore and a few other career-driven mothers, leading the internet to believe that Tisdale had written the op-ed about them. And while TMZ reported that Tisdale’s rep had denied that this was the case, the Lizzie McGuire alum’s husband, Matthew Koma, made a post directly poking fun at the op-ed. Spoofing the photo of Tisdale used in the Cut piece, Koma shared the faux headline, “When You’re The Most Self Obsessed Tone Deaf Person On Earth, Other Moms Tend To Shift Focus To Their Actual Toddlers.”

Despite all the drama, Trainor is focused on releasing her new album, Toy With Me, in April. “Still Don’t Care” serves as the lead single.
