You can register with our website if you would like to receive our periodic mailings. Information you submit on our website is not shared with outside parties.

We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our website and to share with advertisers. For example, we may tell an advertiser that X number of individuals visited a certain area on our website, but we would not disclose anything that could be used to identify those individuals.

Contest winners and contestants must be at least 18 years of age to win or play any contest on KJWL or KYNO.

Any given person can only win one prize, per household, per 30 days. KJWL and KYNO employees, their families, and any advertising agency or media partners are ineligible to win any prizes on KJWL or KYNO.

Winners are responsible for all taxes, liabilities, and surcharges. The promotional "copy" of the specific promotions constitutes what the prize is. No associated prizes, gifts, compensation, or additional consideration can be inferred from any prize or contest. Some contests may have additional expenses to the contestant that are not included as part of the prize. Prizes have no cash value and cannot be substituted for other prizes. Prizes are not transferable to any other individual or party. KJWL and KYNO reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value should circumstances beyond KJWL and KYNO control occur.

By participating in a contest, contestants agree to play by the rules of the contest and release KJWL and KYNO from any liability associated with playing the contest. KJWL and KYNO are not responsible for any difficulties with telephone connections, Internet traffic, local traffic patterns, or any other method that contestants use to connect with the stations and the contest. KJWL and KYNO are also not responsible for conditions created by contest partners or third parties that may be involved with any contest.

All contestants must sign a prize release before any prize is awarded. By accepting the prize and signing the release, the winner holds KJWL and KYNO ownership, employees, agents, and partners blameless from any other claims.

KJWL and KYNO reserve the right to change any contest at any time for any reason.
