Death Row Bids Top $126 Million

          How much do you think it will cost to build a new death row at San Quentin State Prison?  Well, the low bid from a St. Louis company is $126 million.  That bid was one of nine received last November to get started on  phase one of a brand new execution facility.  The entire project will cost upwards of  $350 million.  The contract has not been awarded yet.
