Bruce Campbell

Just who is Bruce Campbell? Well, he's not that guy from the 'Evil Dead' movies, that's for sure. Bruce is a Northern California native who came to Fresno back in 1995 by way of Chico, California, Mobile, Alabama, and Tampa, Florida.

Bruce celebrates his 25th year as a professional broadcaster this year, and has loved almost every minute of it. "When I started out I worked in a double-wide with no running water. Not the glamorous world of radio that I had imagined" he recalls. From those meager beginnings Bruce has worked his way into the plush new K-Jewel studios in downtown Fresno.

A father of two girls, Bruce and his wife Danielle seem to have every minute of free time wrapped up in family fun and youth sports. "My oldest plays basketball and water polo, the little one swims and plays soccer. Yeah, we're always going somewhere".

Bruce lists bicycles and motorcycles as his hobbies, and loves a good hike as well. Among his lists of accomplishments are the Grand Canyon, Half Dome, and Yosemite Falls.
