This month we will have art work from Nanete Maki-Dearsan.
Nanete Maki-Dearsan is an international artist who has exhibited in extensive solo and group exhibitions throughout California and in group exhibitions with Gallery 25 in Russia and in Armenia. Nanete’s work also resides in a permanent collection in Finland.
She has been an instructor at California State University, Fresno in the Art and Design Department since 1996 and also at Fresno City College since 1998 teaching drawing. Her studio is in Madera, California.

Ingredients:
1 pk (8) flour tortillas,
1 cup finely chopped canadian bacon,
1/2 cup crushed and drained pineapple,
1 cup (4oz) shredded mexican cheese blend,
1/2 cup peach or mango salsa.
Spray cookie sheet with Pam then place 4 tortillas on sheet and add the bacon, pineapple, cheese and place the other 4 tortillas on top and press down. Bake on bottom rack for 8 to 10 minutes or until the bottom tortillas are golden brown about 5 minutes at 400 degree. Cut into wedges and serve with salsa.
